I would like to compliment Neil, and the service as a whole, as when he phoned for our annual review yesterday he assured me that, even though the button is for my husband to press if he falls, I can also press it whenever we need assistance. I believed that only my husband was allowed to press the button. This proved timely as unfortunately my husband took ill in the early hours of the morning and I had to press the button and speak to RCC who had an ambulance with us very quickly. I believe that the service helped save my husbands life and want to pass on my compliments.
