A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen, to be part of the team working at Rosewell House, integrated Care Service.
In partnership with NHS Grampian and Aberdeen Health and Social Care Partnership, Bon Accord Care is delivering an Integrated Intermediate Care Facility at Rosewell House. The service will deliver high quality care, rehabilitation and outcomes on a step up from home or step down from hospital basis. As part of a multi-disciplinary team you will work with service users and families using an enabling approach to achieve their recovery / rehabilitation goals.

Bon Accord Care are committed to supporting our staff, offering a variety of in house training and development opportunities, including SVQ.
The role involves 12hr shift working on a rota pattern (day and night positions available).
Hourly rate starts at £11.24 per hour, increasing over 4 years to £12.48ph, with weekend working enhancements of 40%. You will have excellent Annual leave allowance and auto enrolled in the North East Pension Fund unless you choose to opt out
