Non Executive Director (NED)
About the Role:
As a NED on the Board of Directors, you’ll work with the Board and the Senior
Management team to set, evolve and communicate the future company strategy, at
all times, acting on behalf of the Shareholder.
As a Board Member, you’ll be responsible for ensuring good governance and a strong focus on the delivery of high standards of care for our service users.
The post holder needs to hold as a minimum:
Educated to degree level (or equivalent knowledge)
Significant senior leadership experience gained within a health and social care environment, with a sound knowledge of social care
Experience of working in a governance environment
