Recognising RITA Award Winners

At Bon Accord Care, we strive every day to make a positive difference to the people we support. This is made possible by our incredible staff, and we want to shine a light on the outstanding work they do.

To recognise the impact our staff and teams make, we recently launched the Recognising RITA Awards. These awards celebrate individuals and teams who go the extra mile while living our organisational values, helping us embed a culture of success and appreciation across our workforce.

“The recent introduction of the RITA awards has been the culmination of a lot of hard work, particularly on the communications team. The Board wishes to express its thanks for all involved in getting this important initiative off the ground.

The first round of nominations and subsequent awards are a significant testament to the excellent work that goes on day in day out in BAC. Nominations have come from a range of sources and have cut across the spectrum of all levels and roles that work in the organisation. It is a particular delight to observe the positive culture that is reflected through colleague’s desire to point out the contribution of colleagues.
