We are delighted to announce that we have been approved as an official Young Person’s Guarantee Employer for the second year running.

The Young Person’s Guarantee is a collective commitment that every young person aged between 16 and 24 in Scotland will be guaranteed either the opportunity to study at university or college, take part in an apprenticeship programme, take up a job or work experience, or participate in a formal volunteering or training programme according to their own personal circumstances.

As approved employers of the scheme we are committed to providing opportunities to young people at Bon Accord Care and continue to build on the success of our young workforce.

Neil Gauld, Finance Director and member of the Executive Leadership Team, said: “We are thrilled to be approved as a Young Person’s Guarantee Employer for the second year running. Our young workforce is an ever-present highlight of our organisation and will continue to be so as we move forward into the year ahead. We are looking forward to seeing how the scheme ensures we continue to invest in our future workforce.”
